Orissa all-rounder Madhusmita Behera will lead a 15-member East Zone team in the Women`s Inter-zonal One-day Tournament to be held at Bangalore from July 22 to 29. The East zone team, comprising five from Jharkhand, four each from Orissa, Bengal and one each from Assam and Tripura, was announced today after the conclusion of a three-week long coaching camp, which was hosted by Orissa Cricket here at Infosys ground.
East Zone would play their four inter-zonal league matches against South, Central, North and West zones on July 22, 23, 26 and 27 respectively.
East Zone team: Madhusmita Behera, Kadambini Mahakud, Ankita Das,
Priyanka P Sahoo (all Orissa); Paromita Roy, Madhumonti Bhattacharya, Annesha Moitra, Archana Das (all Bengal); Reena Singh, Nishad Fatima, Subha Laxmi, Niharika Prasad, Moumita Chakraborty (all Jharkhand); Monikha Das (Assam); Reema Chakraborty (Tripura).
Standbyes: Janavi Pando, Rajni Basnet (both Assam); Priyanka Chatterjee, Annapurna Das (both Tripura); Sucheta Mohanty (Orissa).

July 26: North vs East (Rail Wheel Factory Ground) and South vs Central (Indian Air Force Ground).
